Daniel Nawar, President of VeraLux Homes, has built the company’s reputation on his ability to understand and deliver on every detail of the client’s requests. VeraLux Homes is a new home building division that was taken over from his father who has been building and developing land for the last 45 years. Daniel’s 14 year background in building and remodeling homes has provided him with a depth of knowledge and experience that is professional, creative and personal.
Daniel works closely with each client to help them make wise decisions during all phases of design, development and construction. He has an extremely talented eye for design and quality results. He is effectively supported by a team of skilled professionals, group benefits whose teamwork and professionalism have helped him build long-term relationships with his growing client base while also providing excellent customer service. He responds to his client needs by acknowledging the issue, and evaluating what it takes to best address the situation.
He also owns and operates a real estate brokerage firm and has been a practicing Real Estate Broker for the last 14 years. Daniel’s marketing policy is to make his company a different kind of home builder, by the quality of houses created and the customer service to be delivered even after the sale of the home. Between Daniel and his father, they are building a legacy for their family and future generations.

Bruce Wagner brings 35 years of construction experience to our team. His extensive construction & development skills have positioned me as one of the most accomplished Construction Executives in the Southwest of the United States. During the past 15 years he has managed projects more than 100 million dollars.
His clients from the public sectors include Victoria’s Secret, Sheraton Hotels, The Beverly Hillcrest Hotel, The Limited Group, Foot Locker, Muvico Theatres, Blockbuster Videos, Restaurants, Muvico Theatres Corp. and SGS Laboratories Inc. & Abode Management LTD & Barefoot Development Resort builders.
He has also developed and/or enhanced the living environments of prestigious private clients including many celebrities such as Phil Collins and Cher. His experience in designing & building luxury mansions, state of the art laboratories, as well as retail and hospitality structures, that has helped shape me for unique projects.
Misty brings 20 years real estate experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
Sabrina Hernandez is a skilled business professional with experience in management, accounting, and customer service. She attended Northwood University and The Art Institute of Fort Worth and blends her abilities to provide top-level management skills within the construction industry. Sabrina is currently the Office Manager at VeraLux Homes. She is responsible for aspects of the company’s daily operations from company and project accounting, client communication, vendor interaction, crew management and scheduling.
In addition to the construction industry, Sabrina has significant experience working with accounting firms and for the Department of the Treasury as an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Agent. During her time at the IRS, Sabrina was part of the Best of the Best Team, an elite services group who helped taxpayers understand the tax code, explained impending and completed audits, conducted payment scheduling, and assisted with identity theft situations. Sabrina also trained with Homeland Security as a Federal Emergency Management Agency Tier I Specialist.
Sabrina is the mother of three teenagers and enjoys spending free time with her family and friends. She is part of the local Women’s Morning Ministry, likes to refinish furniture, and creates beautiful décor by hand.
